My thoughts are on getting fit and of course loosing weight. There needs to be a commitment and an emphasis n actions.
My joints are killing me. In order to address this I want to address several key physical attributes. The first is my weight. I know that my most comfortable weight is going to hover around 200 lbs. I am currently at 280 lbs. That is morbidly obese.
Diet and exercise are key here to achieving a comfort level. I understand this from experience and personal success stories. In order to make it happen it will take a commitment to rise at 5:30 AM each morning and get a stable workout. I will also need to be committed to eating correctly. This means a high protein low carbohydrate diet with a prepared lunch.
Another aspect for driving toward better health is taking advantage of supplements. I want to participate in a regiment of Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM.
Osteoarthritis: What Is It?
Also called “wear and tear” arthritis or degenerative joint disease, osteoarthritis (OA) is the progressive breakdown of the joints’ natural shock absorbers. This can cause discomfort when you use the affected joints — perhaps an ache when you bend at the hips or knees, or sore fingers when you type. Most people over 60 have some degree of OA, but it also affects people in their 20s and 30s
The third thing is financial health. I have noticed that when I worry it impacts my weight. It also impacts my ability to focus on my good habits. It becomes a downward spiral that results in me not carrying for myself. In order address my financial health there might be several things I can leverage.
The first is consider filing bankruptcy. In order to file chapter 7 I would have to be making less than $90,000 / year. Chapter 13 is an option but it appears they simply organize you into a payment plans. However with Chapter 13, after 3 or 5 years all dept is wiped out.
Another option is to switch employers. By doing this I wold take my 401K money, pay the tax penalty and then use the rest of the funds to pay off all outstanding debts.
The final method is to simply stay the course. This is not a good option because after 5 years the creditors will still be there. The not knowing is what impacts my health. Plus it prevents me from being a proper giving in church.
